Our role:

• Provide you with full Mercury Marine training
• Give you the opportunity to cross train in other trades
• Ensure you have a spacious and clean indoor working environment
• Offer you an annual tool allowance

Your role:

• Identify any issues with a boat or motor and repair them correctly
• Conduct inspections before boats stored on site are delivered back to clients
• Installation of outboard motors and related control systems as well as other marine electronics
• Installation, diagnostics, and repair of marine systems and accessories
• Fill out accurate service records and repair documents
• Deliver exceptional customer service that supports repeat business and continued client satisfaction 

Qualifications:

• Training or equivalent knowledge in field of marine mechanics
• Valid driver's license
• Positive and reliable attitude
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to efficiently work alone in a busy environment
