We are located on the west side of Kenora on Highway 17 West. We are set back off the highway slightly, but you can't miss our sign or huge 45,000 sq/ft green building. Our location allows our customers to have quick and easy access by land or water with boat pick up and launching on both the Winnipeg River and Lake of the Woods.

We offer high quality marine and recreational products with friendly and knowledgeable staff who will look after your every need. From sales, service, parts, as well as in house financing our customers are our #1 priority!

Our product lines include: Alumacraft, KingFisher, Rossiter, Boston Whaler, Stanley, Ranger, Sea Ray, Princecraft, Tracker Off Road and Mercury Marine engines.

We opened our doors to business in February 2002 and quickly became the #1 Canadian dealer for Mercury Marine engines. We take pride in our achievements as it ultimately shows our commitment to our customers.

Your role:
- The demonstration and sale of new and used boats, motors, and recreational equipment
- Lead follow-up
- Confidential collection of customer information
- Follow-up with customers after delivery to ensure they are satisfied
- Maintain a log of customer deliveries
- Provide outstanding customer service that aligns with our core values

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Positive and reliable attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in sales is an asset

Mercury CSI Award Winners

Mercury Marine's prestigous customer satisfaction achievement is awarded to only the top dealers in the nation for achieving outstanding results.

Woodlake Marine in Keewatin, ON was honoured with a CSI award from Mercury. "We put the customer first," says Shawn Metail, Woodlake Marine's Service Manager. "With the boating season so short in our area, we try to make sure that we have the right parts in stock so we can get our customers back in the water as fast a possible. Also, we have a very experienced service staff and it's rare that a repair ever has to come back."

Mercury Marine began the Service CSI program in 2006, which recognizes dealers for their commitment to excellent customer service. "This award really is quite an honour to win," says Gary Coleman, Mercury Marine Canada's National Service Manager. "Dealers need to maintain at least a 90 percent average CSI score over 12 months to receive this award. Any repair worth more than $50 generates a letter that's sent out to customers, asking them for their service experience feedback. A dealer needs to receive 25 return letters over the calendar year to qualify for CSI award consideration."
